Hi I am James Bulmer, I used to sail a topper but sadly I am getting a bit big for it so it will be going but not sure what my next boat will be, the photo to the left is me at the TMSC award evening where I won the Grand Slam 2008 trophy and the most improved boy 2008. I will be back sailing with a new boat after Ten Tors 2009.
