Annual General Meeting

Notice to Members

Torpoint Mosquito Sailing Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Monday, 17th November, commencing at 19:30 hrs.

Please note that attendance is restricted to current club members only. During the meeting, no guests will be permitted to use the bar or clubhouse facilities.

We would appreciate all members bringing their membership cards, which will be checked at the door upon entry.

The bar will be open from 18:00 until five minutes before the meeting is called to order. It will remain closed until the meeting is officially closed and recorded, apart from a short intermission during proceedings. The bar will reopen once the meeting has been officially closed.

We look forward to seeing all members in attendance.
