The results of the AGM voting are:

Agree Abstain Disagree

Approve the accounts: 28 1 0

Approve Auditors appointment 29 0 0

Approve new constitution 27 2 0

The quorum required for an AGM is 15 therefore all three proposals are duly carried. Please note that this was a secret ballot and individuals are not identified.
