Important Notice Find the Joker
Dear Members and Guests,
As many of you know, our Find the Joker game has become incredibly popular in recent weeks. While we are thrilled to see such enthusiasm, the level of attendance now requires us to take additional steps to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone who visits our clubhouse.
We want to be open and fair: although the game has grown beyond our expectations, we do not want to change the rules at this late stage of the current cycle. However, to operate safely and within our buildings capacity, the following measures will be in place:
Security Personnel will be on-site to help us manage safe capacity levels within the clubhouse.
No dogs will be permitted inside the clubhouse from 4pm.
No children will be permitted inside the clubhouse from 4pm.
The darts board will be removed at 3pm to maximise available space.
High chairs and bar-end stools will be removed at 3pm, and the bar area will be standing-room only.
These adjustments are necessary to ensure the safety of our members, staff, and guests. We appreciate your understanding and support as we navigate this busy period.
If our indoor capacity is reached, we will continue to sell tickets to those who wish to wait outside the clubhouse.
We also ask that all patrons treat our staff with kindness and respect. Our team works incredibly hard during these very busy events. Please remember that our staff are doing their best to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
We kindly request that members be mindful of the number of guests they bring during these peak times and consider how information about the Joker is being shared. As many of you know, the club stopped advertising the game some time ago to help regulate attendance due to its overwhelming popularity.
Please note that once this cycle ends, there will be changes to the format and rules as we adapt to the needs of the club and ensure the continued safe operation of the event.
